Our base on Hillside Avenue in Queens Village puts us minutes from JFK and the Grand Central Parkway, so early airport runs and Long Island pick-ups are where we are quickest.

Questions
Before you book.
How is the price worked out?
We quote one flat price for the trip before you book. It covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls and airport parking on the agreed route. There is no meter running and no surge pricing at busy times. Extra stops or extra waiting time are agreed with you in advance.
What happens if my flight is late?
We track every inbound flight, so your chauffeur works to the real landing time rather than the scheduled one. Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of free waiting after landing and international arrivals include 60, which covers most baggage and customs queues.
Can you take a group of 40 or 50 people?
Yes. Our motor coach carries up to 56 passengers, with WiFi, an onboard restroom and luggage bays underneath, and our executive mini bus carries up to 28. For larger events we run several vehicles on one schedule. Send the headcount and addresses and we will suggest the cheapest combination that works.
Which areas do you cover?
All five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and northern New Jersey, plus JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro airports. Long-distance trips to Philadelphia, Boston, Atlantic City, Washington DC and upstate New York are quoted on request.
How far ahead should I book?
For a car or SUV, a day ahead is usually enough, and same-day requests are often possible. For weddings, proms and charter buses, book three to six weeks ahead, and earlier in May, June and December when demand peaks.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant seats, toddler seats and boosters are available on request at no extra charge. Tell us the ages of the children when you book so the right seats are fitted before pick-up.
