A tour bus decides where you stop and for how long. A private car does not. Book a chauffeur by the hour and see New York the way you want to: a slow drive down Fifth Avenue, twenty minutes for photos under the Brooklyn Bridge, lunch where you like, and the car waiting outside every stop so you never walk further than you want to.
Please note: your chauffeur is a professional driver who knows the city well, not a licensed tour guide. If you would like a guided commentary, tell us and we can suggest how to add one.
A sample three-hour route
- Times Square and Rockefeller Center — drive through, or stop for Top of the Rock.
- Fifth Avenue and Central Park — past the shops and the Plaza, along the park to the museums.
- The 9/11 Memorial — time to walk the pools and the Oculus.
- Battery Park — a view of the Statue of Liberty across the harbour.
- Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO — the classic skyline photo from the Brooklyn side.
Change any of it. Some clients spend the whole time in one borough; others want the skyline at sunset from Long Island City or a night drive to see Midtown lit up.
Seasonal favourites
- Holiday lights — Rockefeller Center, the Fifth Avenue windows and the famous Christmas displays of Dyker Heights in Brooklyn, best seen from a warm car.
- Autumn colour — a day trip up the Hudson Valley, with the car waiting at each stop.
- Night skyline — Manhattan from the waterfronts of Brooklyn, Queens and New Jersey.

Tour questions
How many hours should I book?
Three hours covers the highlights of Manhattan with a few stops. Five or six lets you add Brooklyn, a long lunch or a museum. The minimum depends on the date and is stated in your quote.
Can you pick us up from a hotel or the cruise terminal?
Yes. Many visitors book a tour on their arrival or departure day, with luggage in the back, and finish at the airport or the ship.
Can we get out at each stop?
Yes. The chauffeur drops you as close as traffic rules allow and waits nearby, then collects you when you are ready.
