- Information you give us when you request a quote or book: your name, phone number, email address, pick-up and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passenger numbers, flight details and any notes you add.
- Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, used to protect the website from spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To quote, book, carry out and invoice your transportation.
- To contact you about your booking by phone, email or, with your consent, text message.
- To track flights for airport pick-ups.

Sharing
We share your information only with the people who need it to deliver your trip (such as your assigned chauffeur), with service providers who support our business (such as email, payment and booking systems), and where the law requires it. How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

SMS terms and conditions
Program: The New York Limo booking and trip notifications.
What you will receive: messages about your quote request and your bookings, such as confirmations, chauffeur details, arrival updates and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your bookings.
Consent: you opt in by ticking the SMS box on our quote form or by asking us to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any booking or purchase.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (646) 280-5931 or info@thenewyorklimo.com.
Costs: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
