Our base in Queens Village sits right on the Nassau County line, with the Cross Island Parkway, the Long Island Expressway and the Southern State all close by. Long Island is not a long trip for us; it is the next neighbourhood over. That makes us a practical choice for Nassau and western Suffolk, from an early JFK run out of Garden City to a summer Friday to the Hamptons.

Choosing an airport from Long Island
For most of Nassau, JFK is the closest major airport, with LaGuardia a better bet from the North Shore. Further east, Long Island MacArthur in Ronkonkoma can save an hour or more if your airline flies there, and private flights often use Republic Airport in Farmingdale. Tell us your address and your flight, and we will tell you honestly which airport makes the trip shorter.
Summer weekends to the Hamptons: Friday afternoons eastbound and Sunday afternoons westbound can double the drive. The price we quote does not change with the traffic, but book early for July and August, and consider an early or late departure to miss the worst of it.

Long Island questions
Do you charge extra to go out to the Hamptons?
Longer trips are priced for the distance, but the price is agreed in advance and does not change with traffic on the day. Ask for a quote with your exact address.
Can you do a North Fork wine tour?
Yes, by the hour. Tell us which vineyards you plan to visit and roughly when, and we will suggest how many hours to book. Tastings are for passengers aged 21 and over, and we do not supply alcohol.
Can you meet a private flight at Republic Airport?
Yes. Send us the FBO and tail number and we will coordinate the pick-up, in the same way we do at Teterboro.
Can you take a Long Island group to Atlantic City or a game?
Yes. Our coach with an onboard restroom and our 28-seat mini bus both run group trips from Nassau and Suffolk.
