New York Stewart International Airport, in New Windsor near Newburgh, is the region’s quiet option. It is about sixty miles north of Manhattan, close to West Point, the Hudson Valley wedding venues and Woodbury Common. Flights are fewer, fares are sometimes lower, and the terminal is easy. Transport is the weak point: there are few taxis waiting, and an app ride to the city at night is far from guaranteed.
A booked car takes that risk away. Your chauffeur is waiting inside when you land, and the fare to the city, to Westchester or to a venue upstate is fixed before you fly.

Groups heading upstate
Stewart is a popular arrival point for Hudson Valley weddings, West Point graduations and family events. Rather than several rental cars, a single Sprinter for up to fourteen guests, or a minibus or coach for larger parties, keeps everyone together and means nobody has to drive home from the reception.
West Point graduation and Hudson Valley wedding weekends book up early, especially in May and from September to October. If you know your dates, reserve as soon as your flights are confirmed.

Stewart Airport questions
Is it worth flying into Stewart instead of JFK or Newark?
If your destination is in the Hudson Valley, Orange County or West Point, very often yes. For Manhattan addresses, the drive from Stewart is longer than from any of the big three airports, so it only makes sense when the flight itself is much cheaper or more convenient.
Can you pick me up late at night at Stewart?
Yes, at any hour. We track the flight and your chauffeur waits inside the terminal, with 30 minutes of free waiting for domestic arrivals and 60 for international.
Do you do return trips from Manhattan to Stewart?
Yes. Book both legs together and we hold the same vehicle class for each. For an early departure, we will suggest a pick-up time that allows for traffic on the George Washington Bridge.
