Our executive mini bus seats up to 28 and fills the gap between a Sprinter and the full-size coach. Fifteen to twenty-eight people is an awkward number: too many for two vans to feel simple, too few to justify a 56-seat coach. The mini bus carries the whole group in one vehicle, and because it is shorter than a coach it can get into hotel driveways, narrow Brooklyn streets and venue car parks that a full-size bus cannot.
What groups use it for
- Wedding guest shuttles between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception.
- Corporate off-sites and team dinners, where the whole team leaves together and nobody drives home.
- School and youth trips, sports teams and college visits.
- Church and community groups heading to events, retreats and day trips.
- Airport runs for small tour groups arriving at JFK or Newark.
Inside

Forward-facing coach-style seats either side of an aisle, overhead storage for coats and bags, and climate control throughout. It is built to move people comfortably, not to be a nightclub; for a party-style vehicle, see our party bus. There is no restroom on board; for long trips, the motor coach has one.
Luggage note: the mini bus carries a group’s overnight bags well, but not 28 large suitcases. For an airport run with checked luggage for everyone, the coach with its under-floor bays is the better choice. Tell us the bag count and we will advise.
Mini bus or coach?
| Situation | Choose |
|---|---|
| 15–28 people, light bags, city streets | Mini bus |
| 15–28 people, checked luggage for everyone | Coach |
| 29 people or more | Coach |
| Venue with a tight driveway or a narrow street | Mini bus |
| Long trip out of state, where a restroom matters | Coach |
Mini bus questions
How many people fit in the mini bus?
Up to 28 passengers in forward-facing seats, with overhead storage for coats and hand luggage.
How far ahead should I book the mini bus?
Three to six weeks for most dates. For weddings in May, June, September and October, and for graduation season, book as early as you can.
Can the mini bus run a loop between a hotel and a venue?
Yes. Shuttle loops are one of its most common uses. Tell us the two addresses and the time window and we will plan the loop so nobody waits long.
Can it go on the parkways?
No. Buses are not allowed on New York’s parkways, so the mini bus uses the expressways and local roads. We plan the timing around that.
