- Pick-up and drop-off addresses, or the airport and terminal.
- Date and time, and your flight number for airport pick-ups.
- Number of passengers and roughly how much luggage.
- Any stops, child seats or special requests.
- For hourly bookings and charters, the full plan for the day.
Changes and cancellations
Plans change. Call or email as soon as you know, and we will tell you what can be moved. The cancellation terms for your booking are set out in your confirmation.
