LaGuardia is the airport New Yorkers fly from when time matters: the shortest drive into Manhattan, and the busiest airport in the country for day trips to Boston, Chicago, Washington and Atlanta. That makes the pick-up itself the hard part. Kerbs are crowded, the for-hire pick-up areas are a walk from the gate, and on a Thursday evening every car in Queens seems to be circling the arrivals road.
We solve that by meeting you inside. Your chauffeur waits at baggage claim with your name, walks you to the car and handles the bags. You do not stand on a kerb refreshing an app.
Built around the business trip
A large share of LaGuardia bookings are people flying out in the morning and back the same evening. For those, we suggest booking both legs together:
- The same vehicle class out and back, on one confirmation.
- Your return flight tracked from the moment it leaves, so an early arrival does not leave you waiting and a late one costs you nothing extra.
- Receipts for both legs in one email, or on your company’s monthly invoice if you have a corporate account.
Going to a meeting straight from the plane? Tell us and we will route for the meeting, not just the address. A 9 a.m. landing with a 10:30 meeting in Midtown is comfortable; with a 10 a.m. meeting, it depends on the bridges, and we will tell you honestly.

Which vehicle for LaGuardia
Short trips mean lighter bags, so most solo travellers are well served by the Cadillac XTS sedan. Executives travelling with a colleague or client often prefer the Escalade for room to work on the way in. Sales teams and conference groups of seven or more fit in one Sprinter, which arrives as one vehicle instead of a convoy.
What is included
A single flat price agreed before you book, covering the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, bridge tolls, airport parking and 30 minutes of free waiting from the moment your flight lands. Nothing is added at the end of the ride unless you asked for an extra stop and agreed the cost first.
Choose your vehicle
Every vehicle below is our own, driven by our own chauffeurs. Not sure which fits? Tell us the head count and the luggage and we will recommend the right one, including when a smaller vehicle will do.

LaGuardia questions
Where will I meet my chauffeur at LaGuardia?
At the baggage claim for your flight, holding a sign with your name. If you are travelling with hand luggage only and want to go straight out, tell us and your chauffeur will text you where to meet at the kerb.
How early should I leave Manhattan for a LaGuardia flight?
For a domestic flight, plan on leaving Midtown about two and a half hours before departure on a weekday, and three hours on a Thursday or Friday afternoon. Early on a weekend morning, two hours is usually enough. We suggest a pick-up time when you book.
Can you pick up from the Marine Air Terminal?
Yes. Terminal A, the historic Marine Air Terminal, is on its own road on the west side of the airport. Give us your airline and we confirm the right terminal before your chauffeur leaves.
Do you charge extra if my flight is late?
No. We track your flight and the pick-up moves with it at no extra cost.
Can you take a group from LaGuardia to a hotel or conference?
Yes. Sprinters carry up to 14 passengers, our executive mini bus up to 28, and our motor coach up to 56. Send us the flight list and we will work out whether one larger vehicle or staggered pick-ups make more sense.
