Teterboro is a different job from the commercial airports. There are no terminals, no baggage carousels and no arrivals hall. You land at a fixed-base operator, your bags come off the aircraft in minutes, and the only thing that should be waiting is the car. The whole point of flying private is not to wait, and a chauffeur who turns up when the plane is already on the stand has defeated it.
How we handle a Teterboro arrival
- Send us the FBO, the operator and the tail number. Private flights do not have commercial flight numbers. We follow the aircraft itself.
- We coordinate with the FBO directly. Your chauffeur checks in with the handler, so the front desk knows who is collecting you before you land.
- The car is in position before wheels-down. Where the FBO allows vehicles on the ramp, the car waits beside the aircraft; otherwise it is at the door when you walk through.
- Bags go straight from the hold to the vehicle.
Schedules move in private aviation. Wheels-up slips, routes change, sometimes you divert to Westchester or Newark instead. Text your chauffeur or call us and the car follows you. We do not charge for a change of plan made by the aircraft.

The right vehicle
Most private arrivals book the Cadillac Escalade: discreet, quiet, room for golf bags and a couple of large cases, and it looks right on a ramp. For a principal travelling with staff or security, a second SUV running in convoy keeps everyone together. Larger charter groups, such as sports teams or production crews, travel in a Sprinter or a minibus, with a separate van for equipment if needed.
Discretion
Many Teterboro clients would rather not be talked about. Our chauffeurs do not post about who they drive, do not discuss passengers with anyone, and if your office needs an NDA in place, tell us when you book.

Teterboro questions
What do you need to book a Teterboro pick-up?
The FBO you are using, the aircraft’s tail number, the operator, the expected arrival time and the passenger names. If any of these are not confirmed yet, book with what you have and send the rest when you know it.
Can the car meet me on the ramp?
Where the FBO permits it, yes, and we arrange it with them in advance. Some FBOs only allow vehicles kerbside; in that case your chauffeur waits at the door and handles the bags from the aircraft.
Do you also serve Westchester and other private airports?
Yes. We also meet private flights at Westchester County Airport, at the FBOs at Newark and JFK, and at Long Island MacArthur and Republic Airport in Farmingdale.
Can I keep the car for the day after landing?
Yes. Book it by the hour and the car stays with you between meetings rather than being released and called back.
