Our full-size motor coach seats 56, and it is a proper coach rather than a shuttle bus with extra rows: reclining seats, overhead storage, climate control, WiFi, under-floor luggage bays and a restroom on board. It is the biggest vehicle we run and, per person, the cheapest. For a group of forty, one coach usually costs less than three Sprinters and is far easier to manage: one driver, one departure, one head count.
Why the restroom matters

It is the single feature that changes what a long trip looks like. Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Boston and Washington become runs built around the schedule, not around the next service area. On a coach of fifty people, cutting out two unplanned stops usually saves the best part of an hour each way.
What it is built for
- Long-distance group trips to Atlantic City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston and upstate New York.
- Conference and convention shuttles between hotels and the Javits Center or other venues.
- Airport transfers for tour groups, cruise passengers and teams with full luggage.
- School trips, college visits and sports teams.
- Large wedding guest lists moving between hotel, ceremony and reception.
- Corporate off-sites, where the WiFi turns the drive into working time.
Inside the coach

Forward-facing reclining seats on both sides of a centre aisle, overhead storage for coats and hand luggage, and climate control throughout. Suitcases and equipment go in the bays under the floor, so the cabin stays clear.

The luggage bays are what make a coach work on an airport run. Three SUVs cannot carry forty suitcases; one coach can, with every passenger’s checked bag stowed underneath.
Send us the venue address first. Some older Manhattan and Brooklyn streets, hotel driveways and venues cannot take a full-size coach. We check every address before the day and, if a coach will not fit, suggest our 28-seat mini bus or a nearby drop-off point instead.

Do you actually need a coach?
Often the honest answer is no, and we will say so. Under fourteen people, a Sprinter is quieter and cheaper. From fifteen to twenty-eight, the executive mini bus fits without the coach price. The coach earns its keep from about twenty-nine people upwards, or whenever the trip is long enough that the restroom matters.
Coach questions
Is there a restroom on the coach?
Yes. It means long trips can run without planned stops, which usually saves time each way and keeps the group together.
Is WiFi included?
Yes. On corporate and school trips it turns the journey into working time.
How much luggage can the coach carry?
The under-floor bays take full checked bags for the whole group, with hand luggage in the overhead storage. If you are carrying equipment, such as sports gear or staging, tell us the size and we will confirm it fits.
What happens on an overnight trip?
For trips that stay overnight or run past the driver’s legal hours, the driver’s accommodation is included in the quote. Every schedule is planned within federal driving-hour rules.
Can the coach use the parkways?
No. Buses are not allowed on New York’s parkways, so the coach uses the expressways and interstates. Our timings already account for that.
We have more than 56 people. What then?
We pair the coach with the 28-seat mini bus or a Sprinter, or run more than one vehicle on a single schedule with one point of contact.
Vehicles are rotated through service and interiors refreshed from time to time, so the coach supplied may differ in detail from the photos. Capacity and features are confirmed in writing when you book.
