Wedding transport is not one car. It is the couple getting to the ceremony on time, the bridal party getting from the hotel to the photographer, two grandparents who should not be walking three blocks, and eighty guests who need to get from the church to the reception and home again without anyone driving. We plan all of it as one schedule, worked backwards from the ceremony time.
What we usually run on a wedding day
- The couple’s car — a black Escalade or our Sprinter limo, with a chauffeur who stays with you through the photos.
- The bridal party — a Sprinter for up to fourteen, so dresses are not crushed and everyone arrives together.
- Family VIPs — an SUV for parents and grandparents, door to door.
- Guest shuttles — a minibus or coach running between hotel, ceremony and reception, and a late run at the end of the night.
How we plan it
- Start with the ceremony time and work backwards: when the couple must leave, when the bridal party must be dressed and loaded.
- Check every address — where a car can stop at the church, whether a coach fits the venue driveway, where the photos will happen.
- Write one timetable with every vehicle, every pick-up and every contact, and send it to you and your planner.
- On the day, your chauffeurs coordinate with each other and with your planner, so you do not have to.
Book early. May, June, September and October Saturdays fill up first. Three to six months ahead is comfortable; for a peak Saturday, the earlier the better.

Wedding questions
How far ahead should we book wedding transportation?
Three to six months for most dates, and earlier for peak Saturdays in late spring and early autumn. Once you have the venue and ceremony time, you have enough to get a quote.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Wedding bookings are usually by the hour, and the minimum depends on the vehicle and the date. Peak Saturdays carry a longer minimum. The exact figure is in your quote before you commit.
Can we have a classic stretch limousine?
Yes. Stretch limousines are not part of our own fleet, so we arrange them through a trusted partner operator and say so clearly in your quote. Everything else on the day, including the timetable and the rest of the vehicles, stays with us.
Can the car be decorated?
Ribbons and a “Just Married” sign are usually fine. Please do not use tape or adhesives on the paintwork; tell us your plans and we will help.
What if the ceremony runs late?
It happens at most weddings. Your chauffeur waits, and any extra time is charged at the hourly rate agreed in your quote. We will never leave the couple stranded because the schedule slipped.
Can guests drink on the shuttle?
Ask us when you book. What is allowed depends on the vehicle and the trip, and we never supply alcohol ourselves.
