Prom is a night for the students and a long evening for the parents. We run it so that both are happy: the group gets a great arrival and a vehicle they will remember, and the parents get a fixed itinerary, a professional chauffeur, and the certainty that the night ends where it is supposed to.
How prom bookings work
- One parent books and pays. They are our contact for the night, and the itinerary is agreed with them.
- The itinerary is fixed in advance: pick-up addresses, photo stop, the venue, the after-party if there is one, and drop-off. Changes on the night need that parent’s approval.
- No alcohol, no exceptions. No alcohol and no smoking or vaping is allowed on any vehicle carrying anyone under 21. If it is found, the chauffeur may end the trip and contact the booking parent.
- The chauffeur stays with the group all evening and does not leave the vehicle unattended.
Choosing a vehicle by group size
| Group | Vehicle |
|---|---|
| Up to 6 | Cadillac Escalade |
| 7–14 | Mercedes Sprinter |
| 15 and more | Party bus or a minibus |
| A whole class | Charter coach for up to 56 |
Book in winter for a spring prom. Prom season runs from April to late June, and the most popular Friday and Saturday nights in May and June sell out early. Once the school has announced the date, reserve.

Prom questions
How far ahead should we book a prom limo?
Two to three months ahead for most dates, and earlier for Friday and Saturday nights in May and June. You can book as soon as the school confirms the date.
Can parents get updates during the night?
Yes. Ask when you book and we will text the booking parent at agreed points, such as arrival at the venue and the start of the drive home.
What happens if the students want to change the plan?
The chauffeur will call the booking parent. Changes to the route are only made with their approval.
Can we book a stretch limousine for prom?
Yes, through a trusted partner operator, since stretches are not part of our own fleet. We tell you that in the quote, and the same prom rules apply. Many groups end up preferring our Sprinter limo, which fits more people and has room to stand.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Prom bookings are by the hour. The minimum depends on the vehicle and the date and is stated clearly in your quote.
How is the cost shared among the group?
We take payment from one person, the booking parent. Many groups then split the cost among themselves.
