A black car is the simplest thing we do and the one most people need most often: a clean car and a professional chauffeur from one address to another, at a price you know before you book. Office to a client lunch in Hudson Yards. Home in Forest Hills to dinner in Tribeca. A hotel in Midtown to a meeting in Greenwich. No app roulette, no surge on a wet Friday, no driver following a phone into a closed street.

For a short crosstown hop at midday, an app is often fine, and we will say so. A black car earns its keep when timing matters, when you are with a client, when you are travelling with bags, or when the weather or the hour makes finding a ride a gamble.
Choosing the car
- One or two passengers: the Cadillac XTS sedan.
- Up to six, or a client you want to impress: the Escalade.
- Up to six with luggage: the Suburban.
- Seven or more: a Sprinter.
Several stops in one day? Point-to-point is priced per trip. Once you have three or more stops, or timings you cannot predict, booking by the hour is usually better value, and the car waits for you.

Black car questions
How far in advance do I need to book?
A few hours is often enough, and a day ahead is comfortable. For anything in the next couple of hours, call rather than using the form so we can confirm a car straight away.
What is included in the fare?
The car, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls and parking on the agreed route. Extra stops or waiting time are agreed with you before they are added.
Can I book a return trip at the same time?
Yes. Book both legs together and we hold the same vehicle class for each.
Can I set up regular rides, such as a daily commute?
Yes. Regular riders and companies usually open a corporate account for monthly invoicing and the same chauffeur where possible.
