A cruise starts with the hardest ride of the holiday: a family, a week of luggage and a fixed boarding window. Taxis at the terminal kerb are slow on embarkation morning, app rides struggle with five suitcases, and nobody wants to start a week at sea arguing about whether the bags fit. We send a vehicle that is sized for the luggage, at a time worked back from your boarding slot.
The terminals we serve
| Terminal | Where | From JFK | From LaGuardia |
|---|---|---|---|
| Manhattan Cruise Terminal | West Side, Hell’s Kitchen | 50–80 min | 30–50 min |
| Brooklyn Cruise Terminal | Red Hook, Brooklyn | 35–55 min | 35–55 min |
| Cape Liberty Cruise Port | Bayonne, New Jersey | 60–100 min | 55–85 min |
From Newark Airport, Cape Liberty is usually 20 to 30 minutes away. Times vary with traffic and the hour.
Picking the vehicle: count the bags
- Two people, two large cases: a sedan works.
- A couple with heavy luggage, or a family of four: a Suburban, which has the most room behind the seats.
- Two families, or seven to twelve people with luggage: a Sprinter.
- Groups and tour parties: the coach, with under-floor bays for every suitcase.
Flying in the same day? We can meet you at the airport and take you straight to the ship. Allow plenty of time between landing and the end of boarding, especially for international flights, and send us both your flight number and your boarding time so we plan the ride around them.
Disembarkation day
Coming home, ships usually clear passengers in the morning, in groups. Tell us your disembarkation group or expected time and your chauffeur will text you where to meet once you are off the ship with your bags. If you have a flight later that day, we will plan the drive to the airport with room to spare.
Choose your vehicle
Every vehicle below is our own, driven by our own chauffeurs. Not sure which fits? Tell us the head count and the luggage and we will recommend the right one, including when a smaller vehicle will do.

Cruise questions
What time should I be picked up for my cruise?
Work backwards from your boarding slot. We will suggest a pick-up time based on your address, the terminal and the day of the week, with a margin for traffic.
Do you wait if disembarkation runs late?
Yes. Your chauffeur waits, and we only charge extra time if the delay goes well beyond what we agreed, and only at the rate stated in your quote.
Can you take us from the ship straight to the airport?
Yes, to JFK, LaGuardia or Newark. Send us your flight time and we will confirm whether it is a comfortable connection.
Can you fit a wheelchair or mobility scooter?
Tell us what you are bringing before you book, and we will tell you honestly which vehicle can carry it.
